Relief.Asia is an online platform which was developed in the wake of the Myanmar Cyclone and Sichuan Earthquake Disaster that tore through the region in May, 2008. Established in May 2007, the Hong Kong Institute for IT Professional Certification (HKITPC) pioneers the first IT professional credentialing scheme in HK developed with the synergy and recognition of IT professionals, academics and employers.
