《IT人認識「競爭法」》簡介會

2015年12月， 香港全面實施競爭法，旨在維護自由市場經濟，推廣企業間公平競爭。本地企業必須遵守《競爭條例》下的三項競爭守則，包括 (i)禁止反競爭協議、(ii)禁止業務實體濫用市場權勢、及 (iii)禁止反競爭合併和收購安排。

《競爭條例》規管範疇覆蓋本港各行各業，跟IT界更是息息相關。為幫助 IT企業和創業者深入了解條例內容，莫乃光議員邀請了競爭事務委員會代表，介紹《競爭條例》三大守則、IT人容易涉及的違規行為、企業營商時需要注意事項，以及解答條例的相關疑問。

Seminar on Build a Secure Cyberspace 2019 “We Together! Secure Data!” Seminar cum Poster Design Contest Award Ceremony

This seminar is jointly organized by the Hong Kong Computer Emergency Response Team Coordination Centre, the Office of the Government Chief Information Officer and the Hong Kong Police Force.  Cloud, Internet of Thing (IoT) and mobile are key technologies in digital transformation. Data security has never been more important for a business, as cybercrime is constantly on the rise.   The seminar will invite information security experts to share their experiences on this subject.  (This seminar will be conducted in Cantonese.)
