The Competition Ordinance (Ordinance), which has been in full effect since December 2015, is designed to promote competition and prohibit anti-competitive practices in Hong Kong.

Organised by the Competition Commission, this webinar is specially designed for IT practitioners to better understand the Ordinance and related competition issues. Speakers will give an overview of the Ordinance as well as Hong Kong’s competition cases in relation to the IT industry.
