The campaign is jointly organized by Hong Kong Information Technology Federation (HKITF) and Hong Kong Internet Service Providers Association (HKISPA) with the support of the Office of the Government Chief Information Officer (OGCIO), aiming at providing facilitation to the target low-income families with children effective use of the new subsidy on Internet Access Charges for Internet learning in 2010 – 11 school year.
